Nothing to improve service was fast and friendly
WILFRIED PGentlemen who checked me in is amazing. Only suggestion is separate the Diesel Repair garage from the actual truck rental place. With all the broken down trucks being repaired and waiting repairs it is very difficult to get into the U-Haul parking lot because every parking space is occupied by a broken down trucks. To include the main road into the parking lot.

Michael TI was subcharged for fuel when I returned the vechile cleaned and with the same/more fuel that it was when I recieved it at 1/2 a tank.
BESHOY WThis location is convenient and the truck worked perfect for my local needs. U-Haul’s app experience sure needs a lot of help. It takes 45 minutes just to pick up the truck using your app.

MELISSA Lthe truck had less than 6000 miles on it. There was damage to the vehicle and the Person who received the vehicle did not annotate the damage anywhere. When I went to use the ap, the phone app would not let me record the damage and stopped me from continuing the process. I had to call a helpful custom service rep at the 1-800 number to complete the check out and send photos to them of the damages I discovered.

NANCY HWhen coming to this place to rent the U-Haul, the owner son who I didn’t know didn’t actually work there took my payment. The time was I scheduled to return the U-Haul was 10:50 the following day. I lost track of time and ended up being 2hours late because of a few things that was a struggle to get on the truck. Well the owner son took out upon hisself to give me a call. The first thing I did was apologize and state to him that I was aware of the time and that I know I’m going to have to pay additional fees. He and stated back to me EXTREMELY rude “ You are two late so what you go do is pay for another day”. I told him I had no problem doing that and he continued to go on being very rude. I asked him was being two hours or more late considered another day because in didn’t see it in the agreement that he sent over. He stated to me “ look lady I don’t work for U-Haul and I don’t know the whole policy I’m just telling you what I was told to tell you because again I don’t work for U-Haul I don’t even get paid for this job. He was extremely unprofessional and should have never taken my payment. This will be one of the last places I ever recommend anybody to come to to rent a U-Haul very very unprofessional very rude and do not know how to talk to customers he should have never taken my payment. Should no one be allowed to do anything with a customer, especially if you don’t know the company policy. I was highly disappointed with the service from this individual.

EDWARD VI’ve used them 3 times this year already. Trucks always run great, super clean and efficient on gas. Professional staff and extremely knowledgeable. I have never had an issue and will continue using this location in Evans ga. Will recommend
MELISSA PThis was the fault of uhaul reps not the drop off person. I specifically requested drop off in Evans, GA. Someone changed it to McCormick, SC and I changed it back. When I picked up the trailer, it had been changed again and the UHaul rep changed it back. When I arrived in Evans, I was told my drop off was in Greenwood, Sc. No one told me that. Luckily I was able to leave it there and the extra charge was only $2.16. This was extremely annoying and confusing. I had a specific reason for selecting Evans and I should be able to do that without UHauls interference.

Brandie SI was disappointed that I had to pay for a full 24 hour rental yet was told that I had to return the vehicle in about 18 hours so that someone else could utilize the vehicle. I do understand the times have to shift, what I didn’t understand is why would I pay the full rate if I’m not getting the full usage of the vehicle which I actually needed.

Eddy RNo one was there when I went to pick up the vehicle. When I reserved it, there was no mention of it being a truck share only location. The vehicle was in horrible shape, I did not feel safe driving it.
Jeffrey MNot sure why I was charged $26 for a 14.95 trailer. Rented again from wrightsboro rd location for Friday and it was 14.95 plus tax?????????????
