donald mStrong gas smell from truck after driving it. Acceleration had issues. No appliance dolly provided, no hand cart either. Last receipt that was still on my bill.
Lindsay HListen to what people want. I asked for a tow bar to bring my sons car back. It was never ordered. I asked the 2 girls I spoke to several times to make sure there was one with the truck. They reassured me it was on the order, and it wasn't. Now I have to pay for someone to bring his car From Michigan to Illinois when it could of been all done on Saturday. The girl where we picked it up tried so hard to find one for us. I am not happy with U-Haul right now.

Jonathan SPete was condescending and talked down to me. I am 64. I wouldn't use him or his daughters location , even if I needed to badly. Horrible.

Glenn KBad experience lied to and sent to two different stores with not the trailer I needed. 2hours out the way , an hour on the phone a toll road,extra gas ,milage ,time and extra supplies to protect my possessions from getting wet from having to take a open trailer when an enclosed trailer was requested

Anthony HThe vehicle was not clean at all and smelled like smoke. Also, while driving it the transmission felt like it was going to give. The vehicle really struggled to shift into gear. This was the feeling with and without the truck loaded. The location itself was convenient and the folks seemed dependable. Nice people.

Jeremy KSouth Side Marathon provided exceptional service. Salina checked me in and checked me out. She was very efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. Pete hooked up the trailer, inspected it with me and tested the connections for me quickly and got me on my way without delay. When I returned the trailer I was unhooked and checked out without delay as well. I will certainly return to South Side Marathon for my future UHaul rental requirements.
John DExtremely unfriendly and uncooperative counter personnel. I never did find out what my charges were, and finally left after waiting at least half an hour for a final bill. Was told that it would be in my email.

Mark RThere was hardly any place to park my car. Cars everywhere. It’s a service station for car repairs. Jennifer should be fired was paying somebody $100 an hour to help me move and she kept interrupting servicing me by answering the phone call or other customers, I was here first. I’m in a hurry. What am I supposed to do about it? If I have any complaints I should call the 800 number and talk to U-Haul. I have three separate statements totaling almost $400. When I asked Jennifer what this was all about she’s how am I supposed to know

Sherida FGet a better cashier cause the lady there has the worst attitude. I thought it might have been me because I was also having a busy frustrating day. However I came back later on that day feeling great and still left upset. Upon returning the equipment it was the same thing. Her attitude and her response to customers is terrible as I watched her huff puff and roll her eyes numerous times. She was the worst and dealing with her is the only reason I would not do recommend anyone to go there. I've worked in customers service for 15 years and I'm great at it. She's too old to not know how to respond to customer situations or help the customer feel happy with their purchase, regardless the item or time. She is a back of the house employee. Not someone customers should have to DEAL with, especially PAYING or not. Niceness and smiles are free and does wonders when given and received for both customers and employees. Maybe she needs to work on the trucks.

Rhonda MThus particular UHaul is great to do business with and very nice people to work with, and they do work with you!! I love this UHaul. The last time, they forgot to include my hand truck and I had to go back and get it. It was an oversight, but I asked if I could have my one way back miles paid for and she said she'd check. I got a call about a week later and they took 20 miles charge off my bill. Great going UHaul!!

Sue CTruck was DISGUSTING, not sure the last time anyone had swept out the truck. Can had layers of grime in the cup holders and on the floor. Have rented from that location before and had issues with equipment. They don’t take care of u it’s when they get returned.
