Had to move trucks myself to get to my rental truck. No outgoing inspection at all. Driver's door weatherstrip fell off so I had to try to get it back on.The wind noise in the truck was absolutely deafening!!! I ordered a dolly in reservation but there was no dolly in truck !!!! Upon dropping off it took almost 45 mins because guy had to call boss for instructions!!!! Never again will I use U-Haul or recommend to anyone.

Took over an hour to get the rental picked up. The person behind the counter had no idea what she was doing, kept taking personal calls and responding to text messages. Made several errors on the contract. Same issue upon return except with the added bonus of an extremely rude individual behind the counter. Called UHaul to try to straighten out the issues, which included being charged for equipment I did not receive as well as an overcharge for mileage. Still waiting on a resolution….. I was promised a call back which I have not yet received.
MICHELLE WThe truck was not clean, we had to sweep out the back as there was debris and garbage in it. There were shoes from the last person under the seat. The doors weren't locked. My initial pickup location was changed but I was not advised, so I initially went to the wrong location. I chose it because I needed a later pickup time so I picked one that was open late. I got a text saying i would have to do self-pickup using the lockbox. But when I got there the store was open and the directions on the app told me to go inside. I went in and he said it was a different location I had to go to, which was closing. My pickup time was 8:30pm and I arrived at 8:33pm after I went to the wrong location. I went in where I was yelled at by the clerk for 'being late'. He had the key so I would not have been able to do the pickup on my own, even though that's what I was supposed to do. I wasn't given a code for a lock box, nor was the key in the lock box. He told me he would have left if the other store hadn't called him.

Paul LFor 2 days I could not get ahold of the store they said phone was dead. Then I could not return the truck because the System was down 1 hour later UHaul finally sent me a email saying they received the truck . Very Frustrating to Pick up and Return . NEVER AGAIN .!
cheryle lThe combination lock on the back truck trailer door was hard to open and the inside of the trailer part was very dirty, I had to sweep all the dirty etc from the trailer part before using it! I over spent on my quote, will I be refunded by cheque or how?
Sue MDistance charge was .89 cents per km and it ended up being 1.43 per km which I’m extremely disappointed in the lack of communication and miss information
Astin SDropped it off where we picked up. They couldn’t even park it and then took forever to mark it as returned and then tried to take money off our credit card before it was even returned

I will always use/recommend this location because of the staff that assisted. I placed the reservation online, and declined insurance. However, I was charged for insurance, I would like a refund for that.

Destinee CThe person I dealt with initially did not want to print out a copy of the rental agreement. After some discussion, I was provided one. The total cost for the rental was more than I was told when I made my reservation over the phone.

This location was 40km from where I needed to be, I was told I would be given additional milage for travel, however, when I returned my vehicle, I was charged for going over milage. There was a lot of confusion and ultimately - I had to pay extra.

Katie SWhile I would recommend the location... UHAUL itself almost wrecked our entire moving weekend. We were left scrambling after the INITIAL LARGE TRUCK we wanted WITH A RAMP wasn't at the first location we'd book. We ended up having to use a 10FT truck without a ramp or a dolly (that we couldn't pick up for hours after our original required time). Thank you to Spencer at UHAUL scheduling for doing his best to help us. But overall... this was a nightmare.

Rosalind SPassenger side visor is broken and cannot be lowered, made for a very sunny ride home. Be careful when filling with gas, as there appears the safety mechanism to stop the flow kicks in AS the tank is overflowing. Everything else was in working order and it drove well.
jason tWe ordered the uhaul truck and tow Dolly 3 weeks before we needed it from the London location on Clarke road,and when they called the day before our scheduled pickup we were told that we had to pick up dolly in Woodstock which was way out of our way to go there,so we ended up having to go up there to pick up dolly,that’s why we ordered it 3 weeks ahead so everything would be at London location
