Put cruise control in the trucks so it doesn’t cost your customers more money
Audrey FLocation had a drop box option for after-hours but ended up dropping vehicle off during M-F hours with aid of helpful staff. No Issues, so good experience.

LAURENCE SVery good, personalized attention by staff member who formerly worked at a UHaul center, they spliced a broken wire on my harness w/o a blink. Equip was clean, a 5' x 8 trailer, easy to pull with a 4Runner and I put about 1000 lbs in it and cruised 800 miles on interstates out west with the rig. THe trailer back is super low but does not drag or bounce; I unloaded heavy stuff on wheels with a ramp I made from scrap plywood.

SEAN LCouldn't find the place in a timely manner. No one at location to drop off keys. Felt unsafe. Tools left out where anyone could pick them up n walk off, need better parking area. Place was small. Neighbors dog was scary.
RAYMOND TI met a lovely family at this U-haul location. They were kind to me and quick to process my registration so I could be on the road. The truck I rented was new, clean, and enjoyable to drive. I highly recommend this little gem to anyone looking for U-haul services with a pleasant transaction. I will certainly contact them again when I need to borrow equipment. I highly recommend!

Phiiip MThe individual who rented the truck to me was very courteous and friendly, and he took the time to explain everything to me. However, I did have some issues with the truck even before I left the facility. All of the outside glass: windshield, mirrors, and windows were dirty and spotted - I had to purchase glass cleaner and paper towels to clean them prior to my trip the next day. Also, prior to taking possession of the vehicle I was advised the left rear tire was low on air, and the gentleman filled the tire before I left. What I didn’t know at the time was that the tire had a continuous leak. This would necessitate me filling the tire no less than 3 times during my 720 mile trip, and both: the burden of finding an air compressor at each stop, but also the expense of paying for the air as well. Being that the U-Haul didn’t have Bluetooth connectivity for my phone for purposes of navigation, my plan was to use the single power port for my older Garmin GPS navigation unit. Unfortunately, that power port was inoperable, and I had to search through boxes I had already packed to find a specific type of end that was usb compatible, as the Garmin end was proprietary. Also, the inverter plug was inoperable as well. Thankfully, both usb ports worked! One last thing that was disappointed with was the lack of any type of ramp for the 10’ vehicles. Why no ramp? I had bought 57 gallon plastic tubs with wheels on them, in the hopes of moving nearly all of my belongings myself. As a veteran with PTSD, there were several times during this trip where I was stressed much more than I should’ve been. I would like to request a call from a supervisor whenever one is available. Thank you.
