Truck I used was very old and the gas I put in the truck did not register. As a result I had to pay extra because of it.

DANNY CI was confused as to where I was and how to check in. The lady at the front desk was very helpful but I did not know I was supposed to check in with her. The process was very confusing. I was sent a link to give my driver's license 2 days early and I had to call to find out why the link wasn't working and they told me because I can't do it until I am at the location. I prefer going to an actual U-Haul if possible

ROBERT DIT WOULD BE NICE TO RENT A U-HAUL TRUCK THAT DOESNT SHAKE AFTER 3 MILES PER HOUR. IT HAS A SCRAPE ACROSS THE WHOLE RIGHT SIDE, A GIANT TEAR ON THE LEFT SIDE AND THE WHOLE THING SHAKES LIKE CHEVY CHASE MOBILE FROM THE MOVIE VACATION. IT SHOOK SO HARD, IT DESTROYED SOME OF THE THINGS THAT WERE BEING TRANSPORTED. FOR INSTANT, ONE OF THE ITEMS THAT IS BUSTED DUE TO U-HAUL IS A 120+ YEAR OLD TIFFANY TABLE LAMP WITH PAINTED GLASS. TO ME.ITS PRICELESS. A ACTUAL MONEY VALUE IS THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS. (951)220-0001 CALL ME.CAUSE IM FILING A CLAIM AGAINST U-HAUL, FOR THEIR EMBARRASSMENT THEY CALL A VEHICLE.

Casey NI scheduled to pick my truck up at 7:00 am using my phone. However, when I got to the location I was told by the app I had to wait 45 min for the place to open at 8. Why say I can get my truck at 7 when I can’t? When I returned the truck, there wasn’t enough space to easily park two trucks. One was already parked when I arrived, so I had to have two people help me back up and forward several times to fit into the parking spot.

Fern NPerson at the desk gave me a contract with a drop-off location far from what I chose online; she told me just to call my preferred drop-off once I got there. I did, and they couldn't take my truck. Then, the new drop-off location had their system down, after I was on 30 min of phone calls to switch to that location. Very frustrating. Truck still had trash in it and the former contract
CHRIS GI reserved a truck and tow dolly two weeks prior to 12/29/18. I was directed to go to Riverside to pick up tow dolly only to be told they did not have truck. Had to drive back to Tucaipa to get truck, then drive back to Riverside for tow dolly. There was no inspection of truck in Yucaipa. I went to Redlands for instructions for hitch up car to tow dolly. Redlands employee noted broken light on right rear of truck. The back and forth and lack of information extended my move by four hours and increased stress level tremendously. I request a refund and call back to confirm notification of issues with a bad rental. I dropped off the vehicle in Sacramento on 12/30/18.
Margurite RNothing! I was impressed with the friendliness and quick response from the Manager, Laura Whitehead. The office and grounds were exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Would definitely use Southwest Self Storage again!
MICHAEL KGot charged $25 for gasoline, after I put 3.5 gallons in it and only drove 25 miles. Total ripoff. I left the fuel receipt with the tenant to show her I handled it.

Michael FBeware of U-Haul and this local office. I rented a truck for one day and turned in back in that day, using the key drop, as instructed. They erroneously charged me for 2 days and refused to reverse their error. They "opened a complaint" and told me it would be reviewed and a manager would call in 3 days. No one ever called back. I called again and spoke to a "traffic control manager" who reversed the erroneous charges, debited my account for the correct amount, but did not reverse the original charges against my bank account, resulting in a DOUBLE charge, including erroneous charges, against my account. They were unhelpful, discourteous, and dismissive, and never once apologized for their error or the difficulties they caused me.

Steven KMy truck size was not available (reserved a 26, got a 15). My box dollies were not available (had to use appliance dollies which are a LOT heavier). The staff acted like this was not their problem, and had a "we just work here" attitude. I will never use uhaul again.
ABINADI JThe online experience was very easy to do and use, the rep called for verification was nice and the location rep was nice.
SHINICHI PI was charged for a Utility dolly that i did not have. $5.00. I only used a appliance dolly & 6- Furniture pads. So you owe me Credit for the charger of a utility dolly, that i never used.

Daniel VI had reservations at one store and was being sent to 3 different stores to find a truck. I decided to rent a bigger truck so I wouldn't have to pay for more miles. No one offered any help or suggestions, which in my opinion should have been done, other than to keep sending me to other sites to find a truck. I was told that my truck was given to someone else who just made a reservation which made no sense to me since I made my reservation the day prior. I think there needs to be a better tracking system to honor reservations or another option should be offered at no additional charge.
