Great spot, easy in and easy out
GARY MFront tires were extremely bald. When returned, the worker couldn’t believe the truck was not sent for maintenance due to the lack of tread.

CHARLOTTE SI don’t remember the gentleman’s name that runs Southwest sheds but he was a really nice guy. Convenient location. Easy to find. Check it and check out was quick.

William LMake sure pick up times match the times the facility is open - we opted for a pick up time of 8 am at one site but the site wasn’t open so we had to pick up from another location - the location was very nice and did a great job but we had already had to change locations from original booking- second location wasn’t open when we got there and we wound up at a third location.

ronald sDropped off after hours, was told they would check in in the morning. Called in the morning to double check but they hadn't checked it in yet. Didn't even know it was there and had to look despite telling me the day before not to worry it would all be done. Made me nervous but it was there and they finally checked it in.

norman wWhen I dropped the truck off in Texas the agent confirmed that the windshield wipers were messed up and the radio didn’t work. I called customer service to report my dissatisfaction with the truck and expect to be compensated for the dangerous situation I was put in due to heavy rains during my trip.

Tried calling 3 times, only to be able to leave a voice mail message. No available space to drop of trailer. Not a good example for your customers!

GARY MMaybe add more gravel in parking lot, esp for rainy days, although this issue didn't affect me this time. Good customer service at this location!
