There were multiple issues with my reservation. First the website let me reserve a trailer that was not appropriately sized to pull my car with ZERO warning that it was the wrong type of trailer. Next, I had to pay extra for the correct trailer and was told when I went to pick it up that they were unsure of when its maintenance would be complete. Lastly, I was charged for the trailer, and then my father who picked it up (3 hours after its original pickup time) was charged a SECOND time. The uhaul system was down at the time of this mistake, but I was in a rush to move. The uhaul worker was able to resolve my issue and get the trailer I needed, and I am being refunded for the second charge. But these issues should not have occurred in the first place. Do yourself a favor and research more and plan accordingly.

Things like unprofessional people, reservation discrepencies, uninviting facilities, and broken or unavailable equipmenr; even with a reservation. The biggest issue with this location was that they lost aite access to Uhaul. I was on a time crunch and they made me late to meet my movers because they didnt call a Uhaul agent to assist them sooner. No.other issues with this location.
