My experience was not good at all. When I arrived no one was in the office to help. I was told the office would be open. .it wasn't! I had to call three different numbers. But someone was able to assist me. Then I was told to complete the truck pick up process on the U-haul app. After that there was a problem with the lock to open. For the truck key. I had to get back on the phone with customer service for assist again. Customer service then contact a u-haul manager. Who had to drive from the other side of town. To help me with getting the key from the link box. Because the code that was sent to me wouldn't work. Was there for a hour just to pick up a rental truck to move. Oh! I forgot about there was no dolly or moving pads. When I made it back home and opened the back of the truck. But was charged for the dolly and moving pads. I advised not to use this location.

This place is gated, the code is only given to you once, 5 minutes after you start the pickup process. Then getting out of the place the sensor wont pick anything up unless youre right next to the box. Has to go through uhaul support just to get back into the place to drop-off the truck and get my car back.
