JOSE EMy experience has been that they add insurance on the contract even if you tell them you dont want it knowing that they wont see you again. I probably wont ever rent from UHaul again for this reason. Even the dealer at this location admitted that. He specifically told me he does not like UHaul for unethical billing practices.

JOEL LWell for one by not having the pick up trying to screw me of 100$ when i went online after my inital encounter with the pick up location. Then sending out a trailer with a broken passenger tail light ( blinker and brake light)
