I made the exact same trip in consecutive weeks One week I owed $94 the next week I owed $120 not sure how that’s possible when it was the exact same truck and the exact same trip lol But overall the experience was good , the folks I dealt with were top notch people

Fantastic service! I'm a repeat customer and the staff is always friendly, funny and helpful (especially when uhaul app is working properly). As long as I have items to move, this will always be my "go to" uhaul location due to the great customer service. Highly recommend this location, you won't be disappointed.

Pick up site excellent, however unit had significant issues, which the pick up site would not be aware of. Unit vibrated at all speeds above 45mph. I think either the tires were unbalanced, or there was an issue with the axle assembly. Made the 600 mile trip very uncomfortable, but not unsafe.

The owner was great. Everything went perfect. U-hauls issue is the online crap that I experienced at the new Philadelphia, OH location. Your website to get keys after hours sucks. Everyone isn't an internet savvy person. Make it simple and you will get more business.

Unfortunately I feel that the prices are extremely expensive. I had a very small unit( I believe 4x8 maybe can’t remember )that was $69. A month and I found a unit that was 10x20 and it is the same price. Everyone was friendly and nice. I really like Mr Hicks.

Place was closed by the time I dropped off my pull behind. I was having extreme difficulty getting the equipment off from how it was put on at pickup. The owner of the drop off happened to dive by and saw me struggling and stopped and helped remove the equipment. He gave advice on how to remove in the future if needed and the place was closed.

Don't change a thing!--now that I've found my "Go To" Uhaul shop. Owner Tim and Operations Manager Dawn turned my much dreaded moving day into a happy memory. Business owner (myself) moving back to area after 33 years (Chicago&Detroit). I am always thrilled to find the T-county business owners and staff who are truly (still) all about serving their customers, thus their (our) Community at large. I'll be renting moving vehicles through Tim's Uhaul store again (many more times). Knowing I never again have to stress-out about figuring out which-where to go for the Rental vans frees my mind to focus on the (big picture) Moving Plan (Chicago to beautiful T-county!).

Fire the nasty perso. At corporate that cancelled my first reservation because i did not pick up the truck on time and then i had to pay extra to rent a 26 foot truck that i dif not need all i needed was a 15 foot truck she was very rude and mean a d hung up on me you do not need people like that working for you or in a position that has to deal with the public!!!!! Give her a mop thats all she is good for because of her i will rent someplace else in the future

Everything was great,except for the major parking lot drainage issues. Any amount of sustained rain left the parking lot flooded and reaching the door of several units and it entered into my unit on several occasions but I had the important things stored up off the floor. Pot holes I understand but without drainage I'd hit the larger ones and it was annoying cause some of them were rather deep.
