NED PThe location and truck was fine but the app is ridiculous!! It took an hour just to pick up the truck through the stupid app. And it's stupid that you need me and two other people to verify before you even pick up the damn truck. Awful experience because of all the issues with the app at pickup and drop off. I will never use the app again and maybe not uhaul because of this

As long as I have items to move, this will always be my "go to" uhaul location due to the great customer service. Highly recommend this location, you won't be disappointed.
JACQUELINE EPick up site excellent, however unit had significant issues, which the pick up site would not be aware of. Unit vibrated at all speeds above 45mph. I think either the tires were unbalanced, or there was an issue with the axle assembly. Made the 600 mile trip very uncomfortable, but not unsafe.

Harold BUnfortunately I feel that the prices are extremely expensive. I had a very small unit( I believe 4x8 maybe can’t remember )that was $69. A month and I found a unit that was 10x20 and it is the same price. Everyone was friendly and nice. I really like Mr Hicks.

Jon DPlace was closed by the time I dropped off my pull behind. I was having extreme difficulty getting the equipment off from how it was put on at pickup. The owner of the drop off happened to dive by and saw me struggling and stopped and helped remove the equipment. He gave advice on how to remove in the future if needed and the place was closed.

rocky cEverything was great,except for the major parking lot drainage issues. Any amount of sustained rain left the parking lot flooded and reaching the door of several units and it entered into my unit on several occasions but I had the important things stored up off the floor. Pot holes I understand but without drainage I'd hit the larger ones and it was annoying cause some of them were rather deep.
