The rental process was a breeze, reserved the trailer online locked it in. On the way to the location i did the online check in, up loaded my licence pictures front and back, did the paperwork before hand basicly. Got there the guy was hella helpful and friendly and punctual, despite having several other customers and phone ringing as well at once. It was handled with superb professionalism and a smile . I was given the paper copy of my contract and told where to back up at so he could come hook it up to my truck if I would like him to. I didn't mind doing it myself so after I was ready to roll he came and inspected it all and gave me to go ahead. Would recommend this place not only for uhaul rentals but for their gardening supply store itself as well. Hands down. The only thing I personally feel could be different with the 24/7 return after hours is maybe a specified place to park the rental that is being retuened and only because the lot itself is fenced in and has a chain and lock. Obviously the lot is not an option after hours but there is plenty of room off of the road and sufficient to park them and get pictures proving it was infact left where it is supposed to be and is safe.

I signed a contract for a truck at the pick up location. As per the contract I signed I filled the gas up 1/4 of a tank. I dropped the truck off at this location and they told me this was a different truck than the one I was supposed to get and the people at the pick-up site screwed up. They told me I could be on my way. They then sent me a new contract that I did not sign for the truck I apparently got and charged me for some damages (which to this day I have no idea where and what it was and have never seen pictures). They also charged me for fuel, when I had filled the tank as much as my contract said to. It is probably not the fault of anyone at this location as they did not want to take on the responsibility of the Marina location's blunders.

How dose it work that a local 6x12 enclosed trailer local rate of $29.95 per day end up at what is it $81 and change I find that interesting. So I would like someone to call me and explain it to me. And I do know how things work at uhaul I was at one time a hitch mechanic that was made a assistant manager of your Santa Rosa center . So for 24 hours is over eighty plus dollars? (707)376-6974
