THOMAS RLocation and people were very helpful. Trailers could use to have tongue jacks because they are very heavy.
Michael DPut dollies on your trailers. The 6x12 trailer is not light to lift up the tongue to connect to the hitch. I am a disabled veteran and it was extremely difficult for me.

Teran KI got thru the remote check in, but it took help from customer service. The connectivity with uploading pictures was spotty and it took about 20 mins on site to get it complete. Two other couples were there asking me for help and thought I worked there. If you are not computer/iPhone literate you have no chance
Rick SPick up procedure was a pain! App didn’t work, on line didn’t work. Help desk took almost an hour. It took over 1 1/2 hours to pick up a small truck.

Krista TI paid for two dollys and since it was self check in, no one put it in the van or anything like that even though they said they would. I would love a refund for something I never even gotten a chance to use.
