The guy that rented me the U-Haul lied about the service contract and the lie about the amount of fuel left in the truck which I replaced .. I will not use this company again I hit a bill that doubled the next day

Didn't realize there wouldn't be any staff there. Had a hard time getting the app to work so I can pick up my key. After hours customer service helped me get in the end. Just 5 and 1/2 hours later.
JEANINE BTook this location 2 weeks to close out my contract after multiple attempts of reaching out. Both me and U-Haul contacted them multiple times to get my contract closed out. They told me the dolly was not in the truck the it was and then it wasn’t. I still don’t know if it was in the truck or not. But I know it was in the truck when I dropped it off. It sat in their lot for over 2 weeks unlocked. They were unhelpful every time I tried contacting them but finally got it resolved.

He kept telling me to use my app to turn the truck back in, even though I continuously told him that it wasn’t registering or finding my reservation. I finally was helped by calling the district office and she closed out my acct manually.
