The representatives took 20 minutes to find the key. The truck looked clean, but upon further inspection, there was glass in the cabin and the windshield was dirty. There was no back up camera, the truck was difficult to shift, and the doors did not seal. This caused a lot of noise in the cabin during the 4 hour trip. There were also some questionable noises revving up and braking.

The employees at this location were very unfriendly and did not appear to know what they were doing. I had to call a U-haul manager just to figure out the process. Then when I got the truck it was dirty, lots of nails and food wrappers in the back. The equipment I had asked for was not in the back.
