Une meilleur communication entre la compagnie uhaul et le commerçant la location à du être payé 2 fois. Le tout c'est quand même bien réglé mais ce fut désagréable.
ANDRE RThe rental location is excellent. 5 stars for them. Very helpful, kind people. The u-haul experience I could not rate as less than frustrating. We had the truck set to be picked up in Pointe Calume at 9am, confirmed by email the day before. After several backs and forth, we drove 40km to pick it up at Pointe Calume past 1pm. The customer service told me it is not their fault the previous customer delivered the truck at the wrong site, I agree, but it their function to make arrangements to make it work. By the time it is known the truck is at another spot, try and make it easier for your customer. It was a very frustrating experience.

SIMON DI rented at this location and would have preferred to drop the trailer off at hawkesbury location once I was done, this would have brought my invoice up from 73$ to 173$ should i have done this. Not a fault of the location itself but the uhaul rental system. This was annoying and unfortunate at this was an extra hour and a half waste of time for me to do so.

SAMI BYou call 1 day before to tell me I have to drive 40 km for my truck = 80 km before moving. I put gaz for my 30 km that I really use and you charge me 50$ of gaz.

Daniel RThis is my 5th uhaul rental and this location by FAR is the best. Very polite personal, smiling and kind. No pressure into taking extras, no hidden fees. Also I didn't realize this was also a motorcycle shop. I'll definitely visit them again for parts/accessories.
