JANA WI think it'd be a good idea if Uhaul had dumpsters for the customers and you could charge like $10-$15 for customers to dump their leftover trash(plastics, cardboard, etc) from their rental.

CHANTE WMaybe change the steps to rent a U-Haul to flow differently. When going through the app to pick up the truck there were a few elements like the references I feel could’ve been done at an earlier time. Otherwise it was overall a good experience!
Carolyn HThe location was fine and staff were very friendly. However, at no fault of their own, they did not have the additional moving equipment offered at the time of on-line booking. I reserved a furniture dolly and two-wheel dolly but was told when I picked up the truck that U-Haul never supplies them with these items. Upon calling around, no other store had them for rent either. One store about 10 miles away did have a furniture dolly they could sell me. If U-Haul isn't going to provide the stores with the proper equipment for rent, don't offer it as an option! I wasted an hour of my time going to find a dolly!
Jon GDelayed closing out my return of the truck and they made it clear uhaul was they last resort.. they shouldnt do uhaul if they dont wanna assist the customers with rentals

Manish PThe truck had obvious damage to it that does need to be addressed. The most concerning part was the ignition switch. Someone who was weak would not be able to turn on the truck. It also had a learning curve to understand how to turn it on and off as it required the whole switch to rotate in the steering column; it did not release as a normal ignition switch. Part o the ignition switch that should be in the steering column was visible. The truck should never have been on the road due to the ignition switch... it would not turn without significant force and learning that the whole switched needed to rotate in the steering wheel.

ROBERTO GTruck was clean but the ball joint was worn and front tire on driver side the camber was off. You could feel the ball joint worn when you turn the steering wheel. You hit a pothole it pulls to the left you hit another pothole. It pulls to the right I drove 1100 miles praying that this truck did not break down on me or the ball joint give out you guys really need to put these trucks through an extensive check before you return it to be used out on the road.or your going to get somebody hurt or killed
Timothy PDid not have floor Dolly like I asked. I also had to wait 20 min while she wad busy texting on her phone. Poor customer service. I will look at another company if I move again or refer a different company
terrance sThe truck was not clean when we picked it up. I made the manager on duty aware of this. Also they tried to charge me some crazy amount for fuel. Never again will I use this location.

david gUpon return they were rude and didn’t really want to assist. I couldn’t get the contract closed out until Monday, December 18, 2023 after 8:00 a.m. When I called on the 18th at 8:10 a.m. Colby hung up on me telling me it wouldn’t be completely closed out for another 30 min after I returned the truck at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 16, 2023. I found out on. Saturday after I returned home that there was a charge of $2.10 from March 11, 2023 for tolls at 230 a.m. and the truck was not being driven at that time of morning especially through tolls unless it’s from a previous renter.

Please have someone call me. I am not happy and did not feel safe using this vehicle and I would like to discuss options available to me.

Robert DThe U-Haul truck that I rented was dusty on the dash of the cab and it was evident that it is not cleaned between rentals. The A/C also did not work and just blew warm air the entire time. It seemed like there was a problem with the alignment as the wheel shook the entire time I drove the truck. I was able to get what I needed done but it was a hot day and no A/C was the icing on the cake.
Aaron Ji am a young woman who was moving my stuff to a storage on my own with my aunt & brother . i had to knowledge of “checking out “ the vehicle but it was dropped off on time & the gas was filled to the top which was more then it was when i got it. and still got charged an extra day. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER .
