Gas tank was not full when picked up. It was approx 90%.

Carliss DLocation was changed to this one at the last minute. Nobody told me that it was self pickup. Big pain to make multiple phone calls to figure out what to do. I also ordered 6 blankets but none were on the truck (they did credit but where were the blankets I ordered and needed?). Truck was also left below a half a tank. Truck was new and great but service was truly disappointing.
James MMake the drop off box be usable to where the driver isn't at risk of getting fined for a lost key or even stolen uhual. Had an incredibly helpful help call person. She took the time to help us with the situation since no one was at the location and things weren't set to be returnable without other help and assistance

Tim KThis guy was awesome. I ordered a 17’ truck but it was down when I got there. He had already pulled around a 20’ truck and got it ready for me to go as I requested an early pick up. Even though UHaul had not changed everything in the system for me to take the truck, he got all the info they would need from me and got me out the door. He was over the top helpful

Samuel AGood customer service and quick checkout service. The rep did not ask me if I wanted the optional SafeMove coverage or even mention it. He simply added it to the rental and I didn't know until I received the invoice after returning the truck.

Steve SOn 15 mar 19 i requested a 17ft truck. Only a 20ft was available. Was told it would be the same price. Charged as a 20ft. Rented for 24hrs, returned in 10hrs. Ending email invoice stated $221.19 credet card charged $276.49. Returned, talked to renter. As of now bill difference not resolved.

James OBilling wasn t right. He put down charges on my bill. I didn't t tell him I wanted u hale insurance because I used my own. Then he charged my credit card and call my house and told me that all the charges didn't go thur this man came to my house to collect the I guess balance, I gave it to him because I was in shock that he would come to my house in the dark at 6 pm. I will never used this u haul place again. Will contact your corporate office. was given no recipet for the 29.52 i given him.I will never, never, never use this place again. PATRICIA MMy only issue was right side lights did not work.
William SI was overcharged for the return on the U-Haul truck, even though no one was on site to check the vehicle in. I return the truck 2 mins before the time and I was charged for over an hour after the return.

keith wI have rented here on two different saturdays for 8:00am and nobody was there until 8:10 the first time and 8:30 the second. The staff is friendly and helpful and all my needs were met besides this. I would recommend to friends but warn about scheduling too early in the day.

Vincent RThey did not check in my rental when we dropped it off. The gentleman came outside unhooked the trailer from my truck. He said he would check it in and we did not need to do anything else. The next day I still had not received my email receipt of drop off. I called the drop off location, no one answered. I called Uhual 1800 number and waited on hold for 20 minutes with no answer. Then I tried the online chat finally after about 15 minutes a customer service rep named Ingrid answered the chat. She was absolutely NO HELP! She said we should have done self check in when we dropped the trailer off. I told her we didn't even know what that was. Then she asked if there was anything else I needed help with and left the chat!!! I called the drop off location back and finally got someone who found the trailer we dropped off and checked it in.

Judie dOpen sign said we open at 8am, I was there at 8:37am no one was there. I called the tel # and a male answer and said I will be there in 20 to 25 minutes. He did not give me any paperwork to sign nor any to indicate the millage and gas level. He just said take a picture with ur phone.

wanda dNo one new how to hook up the trailer or knew anything about it. They did not have the wiring and sent me to another location. The nut that tightens down the connection to the hitch was broke and they said it was normal. It was not as it should lock into the tab to secure the trailer. It was a cluster and no help locally and i had to figure it out. Apparently, you should never rent from a dealer or just never rent from Uhaul. A complete unsafe experience
