Have the equipment available at the scheduled pickup time and have the paperwork needed on hand as well. I was scheduled to pickup at 11 am, and ended up leaving after 12 pm. That’s after having to drive to a separate location to speak with the attendants boss since they told us it won’t be available until 2 pm.
