I got charged for a cleaning fee when the truck was completely empty and swept out. Used trucked for 5 hours and somehow got charged $125. Way better locations with better customer service that don’t rip of customers.

JERRY DPeople who work there are shady and crooks. I ended up payment 169.00 for a 19.99 trunk and no one would help to understand the bogus charges. I would like a call for an upper management. Never in my history have I paid that much for a U-Haul for less than an hour in a half.

MIRTA DLady behind the counter was very rude with and miserable . When k asked her where to park the U-Haul she pointed at a number on the wall and could barely understand her , told her just wanted to know where to park the truck and she just pointed outside , will never use that location ever again !!!

Adner RMiserable rude woman behind the counter. I asked for some information about dropping off my trailer and all she did was point to a hand written number on a post it. I called the number but no one answered. I asked her if it was a business or a person’s number. All she said was “person”. I continued to tell her no one was answering. All she did was stare at me with a rude look and shruged her shoulders. A useless and pathetic person to represent U-Haul’s typically above average customer service. Should consider removing this business as a U-Haul location.
BRIAN HThey tried to charge me $250 for a dolly I didn’t use. They said it was missing when I never touched the thing. I showed him the dolly is in the truck he claimed I just put it on. They charged $50.00 for blankets I didn’t use at all
