I did not find the App very user friendly. That is of no fault to Sper Auto Parts though. Also, there is a tire out of balance on the trailer which caused the ride to be rough. If you are standing at the trailer facing the hitch, the front tire on the right is the issue. Thank you Sper Auto for saving me so much time by offering Uhaul in Falmouth. Great customer service and the young me that help hook it was pleasant as well.

LESLIE BThe 6x12 trailer tires were not checked prior to us picking it up. Since the unit has tandem wheels, we didn't notice it on the pre-trip inspection. The flat was discovered after we began loading, which was after closing hours and the next day being a holiday so no one is in the local office (and they did not have another that we could have exchanged). We called U-Haul which did make an offer to meet us and replace the tire. We had filled it, which was holding ok; U-Haul stated that since we were enroute we could continue and monitor it - which we did. We stopped approximately every 2 hours and checked the presser, adding if it was below the recommended pressure. We didn't have any issues other than the tire and made U-Haul aware when we returned the trailer. Also, the trailer hitch did not have a cotter pin. We didn't unhitch the trailer once they connected to our truck but did use one of our own cotter pins (we felt that was an important safety factor. --- While these folks were super helpful, professional, and easy to work with; possibly make sure ALL the younger employees receive refresher training on the proper way a trailer is to be hitched up.
