The local kids used the Uhaul to hide inside while they smoked and ate food from the nearby 7-11. When I picked up the UHaul there was garbage from 7-11 and cigarette butts littered on the Uhaul floor. There were ash piles on the floor too and the whole Uhaul reeked of smoke. The store was not helpful at all and told me to contact Uhaul customer service. With an impending moving deadline, there’s not enough time to move already and there’s definitely not enough time for me to call customer service. Besides, there’s no other trailers available in town. I tried to suggest to the staff at this location to consider locking up their trailers so the same thing won’t happen to other customers but the only response I got was “I’ll ask my manager to give you a discount or something.” Well, discounts don’t solve this problem and I was never contacted again with a discount anyways. Avoid this location if you can and if you must rent from them, insist on checking inside the trailer first before you proceed with the rental.

Nathan Ayour network was down i was promised 50 off and could keep the truck a day longer since the vehical couldnt be processed i lost all my helpers at a cost of 250 for doing nothing and were not available by the time i recieved the truck the engine light came on during our second trip checked all gauges and fluids except oil i couldnt get the dip stick out to check reported it when i dropped it off the pricing came as a huge suprise as rental was only 51 a day and only made two trips beyound what i can pay at the moment but im starting a new job shortly and will pay the bill in full i was rushed threw my move saying someone else neede3d the van but it sat there for 48 hours later also im being billed for an 8 pm drop off i dropped it off around 4pm these extras suprises are a bit much it was to save me money i coulda done 14 trips with my truck at this price thank you have a great day the new fellas at spicy fusion had left several times when i went to get cash deposit and with the system being down trying to get me on my way tho not impressed with being told what vocabulary i can use in my own country
