I am not pleased that I wasn't informed that, Patwari Pizza, didn't have an online Pick Up, so thst caused me extra mileage of 25 km. When I did the online check in at 1312 Bedford Hwy, I did not receive a code for the lock box and their hours changed so could not get in to inquire about getting assistance with thd lock box code. I should be refunded for the extra 25 km. I have another small move coming up, but will depend on refund if I use your service for that. I will say, the gentleman at 1312 Bedford Hwy was very pleasant and did his best to assist us, so he should be commended for that. Regards Yvonne Porter
