Redo the website and make it user friendly. It was alot more money than I was wanting to spend plus it was not working like it should have. When I dropped it off it was hard to read the prompts on my phone, had no idea I'd have to go through all of that. Overall experience was low.

John MI'm not the type to complain, almost ever. Upon getting to the location, I showed up at about 3:15 to pick up my key. I did an online check in and it told me to go in and get my key from an associate. When I got in to the location (liquor store). The woman there behind the counter told me to wait for her husband. I waited for about another 15 minutes, when I showed my phone to confirm..my pick up and which vehicle to pick up, they disregarded my picture showing which truck. I believe the man was picking his children up from school although his significant other should understand how this process works as well I believe. I could see the keys hanging there with the truck number on it but it seemed she didn't even want to try to help me. When the man showed up I explained (for a third time) who I was and that I was there to rent a truck and that I'd already paid. He said he didn't need to see my confirmation on my phone but then was confused and said "you do online?" I communicated that I'd paid and I was waiting for the key. As after I got outside and into the truck, my first thought was "these trucks are never cleaned out" I understand that people treat things that aren't theirs like crap but if I was part of the business and rented them out, I'd make damn sure they were at least wiped down and vacuumed out. My final comment about my experience is that at the tuscola location. Almost all space to park and get around the building is packed full with trucks and trailers to rent. I could barely get the truck out and had to do a four point turn to do so. I think maybe they need better parking or less vehicles stored their. When I pulled back in to drop off. I only had a small space to park the truck and doing so I forced other customers (liquor store customers) to squeeze through a tight space to get by. I imagine eventually one of the rentals will be side swiped due to lack of space. Like I said before, I'm totally not the type to leave a negative review but I felt like it was too costly to have that type of experience.

James SNot happy. Will never use again. First off all it was way too expensive. It cost me $137 plus gas. Waaay too expensive. I payed for an utility dolly and it wasn't even in the truck. The truck didn't even have a pull out ramp like it is supposed to and we was moving a washer. I won't use again!
