It was absolute horrible and the truck was disgusting. The previous renter must have smoked in it. It smelled of smoke, had ashes all over the truck and the cupholders were filled with ashes and cigarette butts. It is obvious that noone bothered to clean it upon previous return. I had to clean this myself. Also, the truck was on EMPTY when I picked it up. Thank goodness it was picked up at a gas station. Also, there was no lock on the back of the truck (as the app checkin claimed) and the key was just laying in the back of the truck. Also, I ordered an paid for moving PADS of which there were none. As of today, I have not yet been refunded for this. I will be filing a chargeback dispute should I not see my refund hit my Amex in a couple of days.
