11:00 pickup scheduled but facility wasn’t open Called customer service was told that it was setup for computer pickup but I was not told of this so had to figure out how to download app! At 71 years old not my forte!! Finally got it figured out and got the code for the lockbox which took several attempts to open! After arriving at location found that there was no dolly as requested! Was told by customer service that a dolly could not be delivered to me so had to drive what seemed to be 10 miles to get one from another dealer which cost me extra $$$ as I was being charged mileage. Customer service person was excellent as was the second dealer where I got the dolly. Would not recommend the Stop Doctor for U-haul services and really don’t think I should have to play for his errors

I used the key drop off at this location, they charged me $60 for fuel/fuel service fee. I ensured I the fuel was at the exact level from when I picked it up, I spent $60 on fuel around the corner from this location so prevent a fuel service fee.

The back of the truck had a very powerful Marijuana smell like transporting strong. The owner of the place was quit creepy.

The only thing I would say is make sure there is gas in the truck for the next customer. This last time I rented I had to get gas as soon as I drove off the lot because it was just above the red line

Not good for vehicle longer than 20ft, difficult to navigate. Low handing phone line crossing the parking lot is an issue for height clearance.

This location is my go to place for uhaul rentals i have rented a trailer from them 2 times and now a 20 foot box truck they are always awesome and get me in and out with great service. No need tp look else where this is the spot to go for your rental needs

truck smelled like cat urine he refused to give me another truck then tried to charge me a cleaning fee. I put more gas in then I used and was charged a fuel fee. when I went to return the truck during business hours no one was there.

The box for the keys was impossible to open. The experience was really bad. The truck had break problems.
