I reserved this rental for 11am on 3/18/25. When I arrived, the truck was there, but the employee had no idea how what to do as far as checking it out to me. He wasn’t even sure how to turn on the computer. I waited almost a half hour for the truck. I was given a quote of $56.75 and I paid $61.54 after tax. The rental was a 10’ truck at $19.95 and I agreed to the $15 insurance. My estimated miles were 20. I only ended up using 13 of those miles and returned the truck within my time frame, with the gas refueled. I received my receipt the next day to see that I had been charged a total of $116.05. On my new receipt, it shows a $30 charge for the insurance and a $39.95 charge for the truck itself. This was not the agreement. A complete overcharge. I reached out to have it fixed. I was told a few times that I would be contacted by Victor to refund me. He never got in touch. I had to ask for his number myself after that. The communication was terrible. I sent him screenshots of both reciepts I was sent. I was told he would look into it. This was on a Friday. He did not contact me back until Tuesday when he told me I would be refunded. He didn’t discuss the extra charges or anything. No apology for over charging me over $50. I checked my email to see that I had been refunded $34.95. I have no clue where this amount even came from as there was zero communication. I once again contacted him to let him know that I was overcharged $54.51 and that I would need that fixed. I have still not heard back from him or anyone about how they are going to fix this and make it right. This is terrible service. I am a single mother and being without that money has actually been a challenge for me. I set aside a certain amount for this and to be overcharged so much and be without it for weeks has been a struggle. I would never recommend this business to anyone. Everything has been handled completely unprofessionally. I need to be refunded the total amount now. This cannot wait any longer. Shame on this place for taking advantage of me like this.

I made reservations online and everything about what I wanted was changed. I got my truck 2 hours late with people waiting on me. I'll never use online reservations again

I let the person know I would have the truck for an extention beyond the two day rental, but still received a call regarding when I would be returning. So maybe better communication between different pick up/drop off locations. There was no way to put my return date in online so I let them know in person, but still got a call asking when I was due to return after the 2 days

Brian was so helpful. I left my passport in the U-Haul and even though he was on vacation he stepped up and was available to help. Very nice dude and I highly recommend renting from him!
