Truck battery was dead on the day I picked up the truck. Was jump started by the attendant and ran well on the first day. The next morning, the battery was again dead and I had to call roadside assistance.

The rate is higher then other locations and drop off location was 30 min away from the pickup location gas was put back and still got charged extra 37 dollars

whitaker aI would have preferred dropping off during the day in person but I was not given that option. I used the check-in through the U-Haul app but I never received a confirmation email regarding the check-in. Overall, I did not have a good experience.
John BThe person that worked there tried very hard to help. However, there was an issue that I had to use my phone to check in and lots of delays getting the drivers license to register.
