Your employees are rude. I reserved my truck a week prior to pick up. The first location did not have my truck available. They switched my location without even telling me. They switched the size of my truck. I asked for a 10ft. The second location didn't have my truck either. They sent me to a third location that finally had the truck. Then, the employee told me I can drop it off at any drop off near my deatination, after I received another call stating it had to go to a certain location. So I called back to the place where I got it from and spoke with David to verify where I can drop the truck off at so I wouldn't get charged for a mistake and he was completely rude. This whole company just gave me a hard time the only day I had to move. I will not rent from uhaul again.

Ed was the associate that helped us and to be quite honest we have rented a lot of U-Haul Vehicles we only rent them as transportation regardless he was nice as could be and just beyond believable with his personality and help not to mention his customer service skills well he's exactly what we look for when doing business with the public a person that actually talks to you like a human being not like they're trying to make a sale. This location and its workers are always top notch, we love the Linden location!! My problem is more with the call center representatives. They could use some additional training in dead air, lack of empathy and unwillingness to resolve simple issues/questions. In the past week, Id say I spoke with 5 different representatives and only two of them were on point. Sidenote, for my own job, Ive had to make calls to Uhaul on behalf of customers and have ran into the same types of issues. Maybe more coaching on key customer service skills/basics and a more friendly approach is in order for your agents.

The gas had to be changed from full to 1/4 on the contract. Apparently the mileage should have been too. I was charged an additional $231 on my card because they said I drove 1400 miles on a 600 mile trip?!?

Mr. Kessler was great!!! This could not have gone any better. After a horrific experience we had in moving last year (a 1-way from Greenville, SC to Spring Hill), we were hesitant but Mr. Kessler had what we needed, everything went smoothly, he even made sure we had the mirrors adjusted correctly before we left- we've never had another UHaul rep be so conscientious. We will DEFINITELY use this location again.

They told me when I picked it up that I can turn it in Thursday before 5pm, so I did, but when I turned it in they charged me 29.00$, they said it had to be dropped off at 9am on Thursday. So they charged me for a whole another day. Not happy at all. Misleading.

On August 20th I booked a 15 foot truck on Anderson Snow in Spring Hill location. When I called to confirm 4 p.m. Sunday the associate told me I'm sorry if you don't have a 15 foot truck at that location! You will either have to drive to Hudson or you'll have to wait until a Uhaul opens Monday morning on Linden. I was shocked! Moving is very stressful to begin with and when I rent a specific truck at a specific location I am led to believe that that truck will be there! But something told me to call and confirm and thank God I did otherwise I would have been standing outside the other location at 7 in the morning wondering why I don't have a truck! The young man on the phone helped me to find a different location and book it. I will never use Uhaul again unless I'm able to go to the Linden Street location in Spring Hill! I will never call customer service to book a truck I will go directly to Linden Street in Spring Hill! Edward over there runs a really nice business and he is one of none in your company! I was just wondering when somebody was going to tell me that the truck that I reserved six days earlier was not going to be there? Where is communication? Where is responsibility? What happened to good customer service? Back in the day a handshake would go a long way! But now I can't even depend on making a reservation for something specifically at a specific location and have it be there! I hear this a lot so I think your company needs to figure things out! That's terrible

trying to get a hold of the repair service took approx 3 hours, the truck broke down on me, everyone sent me to customer service, they were very nice but advised me I had the wrong people and needed repair

The only problem was at the time of rental. It took more then 40 mins to get the paperwork all done due to the lack of an updated system. The service rep tried 5 times with two different systems to complete the transaction. He had to call two different places to make it happen. Finally reaching someone on the road, they had to pull over and finish my contract remotely after a ten minute wait for them to find a safe place to pull over from interstate 75 in Florida. UPDATE OR REPLACE THIER SYSTEM!!!! Other then that the personnel were awesome and the place was clean as well as the equipment.

I rented 6 by seven .to tell you truth it wasn't how i pictured it to be but im glad to have found this place being that it was close to home. The prices are pretty decent and the people are friendly
