The move was very smooth in two weeks will rent again for the second move what's left
TIMOTHY MThe entire transaction went as smooth as could be. The U-Haul, on Linden Dr. in Spring Hill, is great and the people there are totally professional. The only piece of criticism I would offer is regarding the safety chains on the trailer. They are not safety chains, they are cables. Very thick, robost cables that are definitely up to the task of keeping the trailer from running away in the event of the ball and hitch separating. The problem is that as cables wear, the sharp individual strands of cable become exposed and pose the risk of injury. I myself got poked by the cable. Not enough to cause injury, but someone else may not be so lucky, and depending on how careful they were it could be a substantial injury. Hope this is helpful information for you. Not at all displeased with my rental and I'll keep coming back when I need to, but I'll be sure to wear gloves next time.

Timoty GI have been using U-Haul for over 4 decades. My experiences have always been smooth and positive. I have a small issue with this move. It was not explained to me that there are 3 different terms for using a hand truck for different things. The equipment they supplied was of no help. I paid extra for this equipment which I have never had to do. I asked for a refund for the useless piece of equipment and was told without question that they would not refund. That money could have been a help to me and made no difference of any consequence to the company. It's the least they could have done for a loyal customer. I am disappointed and will hopefully never need U-Haul again.
SALLI NUpon return, the only problem I had was I had to stop. The guy was pretty fast but not fast enough for me to just keep rolling through.

HAROLD AGas was not exactly as described and I filled it back to exactly the same and then I was charged for gas. Maybe go out to the truck to verify the gas with a photo of the needle if you are going to cry oer nothing. Charging people 4-5 times the cost of gas is bullshit.

JESUS AThe location is great and are the employees. That being said, the trailer I reserved was a 5x9. U-Haul upgraded me to a 6x12 without consulting me or letting me know There was no 5x9 available, and I needed the trailer, so I was stuck with it. Having worked for U-Haul in the past I was familiar with the surge break and do not want to struggle with it while backing my trailer into my unlevel back yard I managed to deal with that, loaded it all up and proceeded to my local dump transfer station 10 miles away Well come to find out they don’t accept trailers longer than 10’ there. I was turned away and had to drive 29 miles to the main dump How about not assuming an upgrade will work? I would have driven to another location to pick up the smaller trailer THAT I SPECIFICALLY RESERVED

STEPHEN JThe information for overnight dropp off needs to be informed in case. I went Sunday around 4:00 p.m. I saw a sign in the keys box. I called them and the second person I talked to did not provide the information which is optional. I got hard time to get online and do the check in. That person over the phone did not put any effort for helping me. I had to come back today putting more miles in the truck. I thought it was mandatory to do that, but nobody informed me until this morning in uhaul.location. I just have to dropp.the keys.
