The back of the truck was muddy and dirty. I had to clean it before I could load my furniture in it. Totally unacceptable not sure how this could have happened if the business is inspecting the trucks after each rent.

James JThe process of obtaining the keys was very stressful. We are both tech savy, but the check in took us at least 30 minutes (in the hot sun). The checkout was not as bad but we are hoping we put the keys in the correct dropbox outside of the office. the picture showed an orange box with "drop box" on it. They only a a black dropbox outside the entrance door to the business with nothing designating it was the correct box. We placed in keys in this hoping it was correct.
Anita MEVERYTHING!!! Mobile pick up, key location, making sure the uhaul actually has gas in it, and making sure the uhaul is actually clean!!! The mobile location was barely a location. It was 2 haul trucks randomly parked and even the pickup keys was more of a guessing game of where it could be it. Once found it was in a box randomly placed on a fence and the box was zipped tied to it. Then on top of it the uhaul was almost on E so had to go all the way out of my way to get gas to even make it home which costed me more mileage fee. I was told I would get a refund for the extra gas put in it and have not received a refund at all. Then the car tow dolly was so rusted the device barely worked. 1 of my tires came undone during the drive because the tow equipment wouldn’t work properly due to the rust itself. Then inside of the uhaul there was empty bottles of energy drinks packed behind the seats as well. I’m not a maid and shouldn’t have to clean up other people’s messes. This was by far the most unsatisfying experience. I will not be using uhaul again. I’ll look in Penske or some other trucks this whole experience was truly ridiculous!!
Carole HThe only thing I would say as a suggestion is regarding the wipers. I ran into some rain on my trip and the wipers left a lot of streaks and drops on the windshield. I felt that they should have been replaced. Other than that, it was a very easy trip.

Bruce LThere was a lot of complications trying to pick up the Uhaul. We were there for an hour and on the phone for most of that time with different departments. We never received the instructions for pick up.
Sharon CFirst of all you should not sell equipment you do not have available. I am talking about a simple dolly that you charged me for, for two days, and I never received it. Spent 5 hours of my rental time searching for a dolly and finally had to go purchase one for $100. I disputed the charges and never received the "friendly" customer support call I was promised. USE WITH CAUTION!!!

Clayton HWas charged a extra $12 when I returned the truck but I actually used less miles than I put in for snd also seen a $9 fuel charge but I had to put my own gas back in upon returning so why get charged for that
