Rental Vehicle was not user ready. The vehicle was plowed in and was covered in at least 5 inches of snow. We had to clean it off and attempt to get out of the plowed in area which was extremely difficult and required shoveling and pushing the vehicle out. It was an extremely cold day and no assistance was provided by the garage personnel but, to be fair, there was only one person working at the garage. The vehicle swerved a lot in the snow as the tires were worn. This delayed the pick up by at least an hour. It also took a half hour just to pay for the rental as the internet wasn't co-operating for the U-Haul site.

Communication issues ended with my rental cancelled and $35 withheld on my refund and I had to book it again

The agent was a very nice guy and was clearly doing his absolute best but his terminal and/or computer equipment appeared to be sub par. There was zero phone signal in the area for me and I would recommend if you need to use this location do the online check-in ahead of time from an area of better coverage. He also had to make a phone call to get the dolly combination lock released and he hadn't used it before. He got the job done but it took another 15 mis for this. The furniture pads I had ordered were not there either and the truck only had a quarter tank of gas in it.

One of the worst experiences. Over 45 minutes at the location for pick up and nothing but issue after issue.

Internet service had us waiting over an hour just to secure the trailer. The staff on hand or not knowledgable about the procedure or how to offer a good customer service.

The dropping off experience was awesome. Indira speaks really good English. The transaction only took a couple minutes and was very enjoyable. A pleasant contrast to the pick up from hell.
