Elizabeth TI dropped the truck off and the lady at the store inspected the rental. Everything was made easy and convenient. I have rented from budget rental before and had a horrible experience. Thank god this was the compleate opposite of that. The truck ran very smooth, the ride was very comfortable, and the truck got very good gas mileage. Uhaul is the only place I will rent trucks from now on. It may cost a little more but this is a case where you get what you pay for.

Shawn CThe man doing the contract acted like he didn't want to help us. He wanted us to verify our own secondary phone numbers. We know uhaul policy and explained to him HE needed to do that. He was not friendly and does not make a good representation of uhaul. He also did not even make sure we hooked up the trailer correctly. We did it ourselves. He didn't even make sure we got the correct trailer. Very unprofessional altogether.
Angel HThe guy that rented me the truck used my payment method to do three (3) fraudulent transactions. I would've never known if Capital One didn't notify me to ask was it me making the transactions. Once I told them it wasn't, they immediately turned the matter over to the fraud department for further investigation. And I hope they get the dude that rented me the U-haul that day because he's the one that used my card fraudulently to make transactions on Facebook. He's the only other person besides myself that's ever looked at my card. This type of behavior by your employees is not acceptable and I'm going to continue to write bad reviews until this matter is resolved to my likings....
anthony rThere was no help to disconnect the trailer and I have hurt my back while having to disconnect the trailer myself. There should at least be a trailer Jack available at the minimum.
JAMES NI highly recommend Spur Discount Connivence for UHAUL rentals and drop offs. They answered all my questions and concerns regarding my rental. I felt reassured in my rental decision after speaking with them. I will definitely use their services again!

Vicki DThe representative was not knowledgeable of a military discount, refused to stop so that it could be applied. Then when I called the 800 number he continued what he was doing until I put him on speaker. At which time the lady on the phone asked him to verify our military ID, he just kept telling her he couldn't apply the discount. I had to tell him 5 times and the last time I had to get loud for him to LOOK AT MY ID to VERIFY we were military. The representative at the retailer needs further training.
David RThe person serving us was constantly distracted by his main function of operating his store. I had too many issues around the contract set up and when an adjustment had to be made due to a lack of supplies, he had to call uhaul to get it done and confirmed. The check in process has gone totally digital and he was not very well informed or willing to help clarify what needed to be done. Being electronic, the process should have been quicker than it was.

JOHN LIf the location does not have everything you've requested such as moving blankets and furniture dolly then that should be conveyed before the rental is made online.

SUE LOnly person there was working the store counter and could not check me in. Later I received an additional charge for damaged/missing equipment. I had returned everything including an extra pad. I inquired about what I was being charged for and as of this date have not heard back from anyone. I would never do business with this location. I would also suspect that this is a normal occurance for them to make extra money.
STEVEN DThere was a wait with receiving the uhaul, as the first location did not have the equipment I reserved. The guy at this new location was nice and helpful. The only con I would have is that the truck did not come with the wire needed to connect the electricity to the trailer, that had to be supplied after I asked about it.
