There is nothing out front in a prominent place to let people know it’s not just a bp gas station. The equipment was not easily visible from the road.
Tim CThe truck was clean but the added things we ordered and paid for were not provided and when we went to where they told us to go get them the man there (Zimmelcrest Dr location) said he couldn’t help me but worst of all he was a jerk: he had already been a smart mouth to 2 of 3 customers in there before me. He was rude and in fact told one man he could not help him because he was only one there to work
JAMES SThere were no furniture pads on the truck, which I paid for. When I brought this to the worker's attention, she had an attitude and said I was wrong and they never have the furniture pads.
Paul DThey don’t do check ins for equipment and if you have a deposit, you’d have to jump through hoops to ask about the proper steps.
Elijah GHad to go back to make sure they actually put into the system that we turned the trailer in. My husband had to stand there until he finally did it.
Roger HThe staff was very rude and unpleasant. She was using profanity and didn't even walk through the steps of the equipment with me. When I returned it she didn't say anything to me. She got in and moved the truck and walked off. No conversation at all. Then I got an email saying I'm being charged for gas. I put the gas back in the truck. I paid and put the gas back in the truck at the gas station that I picked the truck up from. So I'll be filling a complaint for that as well. I would no recommend this place to any one. She told me I had to have the truck back the same day, but I requested it for 24 hours. I would appreciate if I can get a call in reference to this matter 803-587-9592. I am extremely unhappy with my services. This location make me not want to do business with uhaul ever again.
