TIMOTHY KThe Truck I was renting was never checked, it was filled with someone else’s furniture. I wasted an entire day of my time unfucjing that situation. And they gave me 50$ back as a refund! I would never recommend U-Haul to anyone after this. I will never use them again! Ever!
Jeramy SI returned the trailer on a holiday so I didn’t have interaction with the staff. I did speak with them the day prior to get information on dropping off the trailer and the gentleman was very helpful, informative and professional.

JEFFREY EList what size hitch ball is required, I had to buy a new setup to tow the trailer. Drop off the the trailer was iffy, as there was no one there and disconnecting the trailer on the slope was difficult. Not a great experience.

Trever GI reserved a 6x12 and the person that rented it didn’t return the trailer so I was given the option of a 5x9 which wasn’t big enough for what I needed to transport. So a waste of my money

COURTNEY TCredit for unused blankets would be a great customer renter relationship. Need to look at compensation for bringing trailer back due to shortages in this location. Wasn't worth the extra expense in fuel to pull the trailer. The extra stress and responsibilities of pulling a large trailer with a large truck. Many many miles of experience driving an 18 wheeler and this was very similar. Dont.mind helping, didn't realize how big the trailer was and the added costs pulling it. All equipment was relatively new and very clean good job. UHAUL always have great equipment....thank you.
KEVIN BVery friendly service. Easy pick-up and easy return. And they are open on Sundays, which is a rarity in St. George, Utah! I will certainly use again.

MATTHEW EThe employees are fantastic! However, the UHAUL website does not work. When you enter your birthdate year, it says 2025, and it will not change! I spent 30 minutes putting in my Drivers license and info and then could not finish it Also, the photos I had to take of the trailer before leaving would not work properly. I was told I could drop it off at the EPIC stage where I was going... After I arrived, I was told I had to take it 2 miles away...but that was a lie as it was 15 minutes away in a bad part of town. I am a single woman and did not feel safe there. I was lied to, etc... when I got to 3UUU, there were NO MEN to help take the trailer OFF my truck. THE WOMAN employee was very nice!! I had to go to the HOTEL next door and find a man to help us!! UHAUL IS AWFUL, and I will NEVER recommend or use them again. If I can find another trailer to rent, I deserve a refund for all the time spent on the website and all the STRESS. UHAUL makes enough money to have a working website!.

JERRY LNo improvement needed, I recommended a fr I end also. The only thing is the price I didn't drive 30 miles and was charged full price. Plus the gas was above what I needed to do.
DEANNA FStaff was very accommodating and actually helped hook up the trailer. Uhaul's motorcycle trailer is a fantastic trailer. This is the second time I I have rented one and will rent again! Only suggestion is to allow the trailer to be dropped off at another location. I'd like to rent the trailer to haul my motorcycle to northern Utah for a week. I hate paying for a week's rental when I'd only use the trailer to haul it up there and again 7 days later to haul it back.
