I noticed that the customer service representatives of u-haul were rude and they are always in hurry to assist and finish the call. also, just recently when we self return the cargo trailer in Saint Louis on Tuesday since it was after the office hour. We were charged an extra 2 days (instead of just 1 day) despite that we phoned the toll number at 5:24pm. The representative said that the computer says it was at 7:10pm which is a lie. I dont mind paying an extra $20 but telling us of something that we didn’t do is not acceptable for me.

Le prix a changé a la dernière minute, on m'appelle la veille pour me changer l'endroit de prise en charge de mon uhaul j'ai du faire plus de 100 km de plus q ce que j'avais prévu et de mon réservation aller et en plus un retour a la maison pour charge mes affaires

Nobody at the location knows how to help you, they just tell you to go on the website. But there's no wifi or service where the location is so you can't use the website near the truck. It took me longer to pick up and drop off the truck then it did to move. Will never use this location ever again . Absolutely terrible

Poor customer service, over charged, app isn’t working properly, had better service in person at other locations will not be returning to this location again

Everything was fine, the location moved from the time we rented to the time we returned, just several kilometres further. No big deal it all worked out well , will rent again in the future.

MPG ratings on the trucks are very misleading, actual rating is far below less than 7 mpg.
