Truck gas tank was only half full so returning with same level of gas was harder(should be filled when picking up and returned filled. No GUESSING required. Took picture at pickup of (Miles before empty(174mi). Left in Saint John at(Miles before empty(178mi). Truck was reserved the day before by the 1-800 number( traffic control was told that someone would be there next day at 10:00 for pickup). Client was told that the U-haul location was open at 10:00and that the truck could be picked up for 10AM. Arrived at 10:02am and weather conditions were poor(Very Cold!!). Truck was a block of ice. Everything was frozen. Truck was only drivable at 11:30am once ice was removed. That location requires more support or someone needs to be there earlier on bad weather days. (There would of been no issues if the weather was good, other than the tank being half full and poor WIFI). Bad WIFI reception. Could not directly through the phone APP register for the contract at Rental Pick Up Location from their phone. Traffic Control filled in contract information at their location VIA phone. People were nice and helpful. Unsure what the U-haul company expectation are for the employees for having Equipment ready for departure(for all weather conditions). I don't believed they new we were coming that morning. Comment (Would you recommend this location to a friend?) To save money (yes). Made it a one way trip. Other wise it would of cost over double the Price for mileage cost and gas on top of this. It also saves traveling to Uhaul and back home with personal vehicle.

Paul BI noticed that the customer service representatives of u-haul were rude and they are always in hurry to assist and finish the call. also, just recently when we self return the cargo trailer in Saint Louis on Tuesday since it was after the office hour. We were charged an extra 2 days (instead of just 1 day) despite that we phoned the toll number at 5:24pm. The representative said that the computer says it was at 7:10pm which is a lie. I dont mind paying an extra $20 but telling us of something that we didn’t do is not acceptable for me.

bruce lNobody at the location knows how to help you, they just tell you to go on the website. But there's no wifi or service where the location is so you can't use the website near the truck. It took me longer to pick up and drop off the truck then it did to move. Will never use this location ever again . Absolutely terrible
