The original drop off point in Moncks Corner, SC was full. No room to drop off trailer. I had to pull the trailer to another location 15 miles away. Again, no one was there. Call the 1-800 number and changed the drop off location to St Stephen, SC.Gene L.

Customers need to know he is closed all day Wednesday. I had to wait approximately 2 hrs and no one would answer the phone or voice mail. Tried calling uhaul customer service and no one could help me get my car off the car trailer, and to unhook the trailer from the uhaul truck so the next day the unloaded would be able to unload the truck. I am a 67 year old retired widow who really needed help in a new state and location. I was crying trying to figure out what to do after driving 5 or 6 hours. Someone dropped the ball by not noticing that my stopping there for help, was on the day he is closed. I finally called my AAA they put me in touch with a garage half hour away and he came and took my car off and unhooked the car trailer from the truck, but becuz I was driving the uhaul this service was not covered by my AAA, so I had to pay him $65.00. I am VERY disappointed once I got to S.C. The GA. Experience was fine, but after that it was a night mare. I feel that uhaul owes me a lot of money back. PLEASE CALL ME.Peggy R.

The experience i had before this location was terrible.... i reserved a truck went to pick it up only to find out it wasnt there or available..... luckily st stephhens had one for me because i had to move that day.... honestly if i hadnt been put in such a bind i probably would have went to someone else..... honestly i feel like i should have been given a discount for the hassle and stress of it all.... thankful for the guy at st stephens who helped me out greatly.....Trish P.

The only issue I have and it's really my fault the rental contract stated the truck at a full take a gas once I got out on the road the truck was barely over 3/4 of a tank I did return it with a full tank of gas I'm saying this is my fault because I should've called and return to the facility right awayJames C.

Dropped off after hours. The only problem was the locator would not pick up my location (iPhone 6) at the the drop off site, but a uhaul rep helped me with the checkout process.Todd S.

Uhaul completely messed my reservation, I sat at the original pick up business for over an hour. I called uhaul and their response was, we are the business has having someone and they were having computer issues. I was on hold for so long, I was able to find a new pick up location on my own, and yes while still on hold. Then I go to turn the truck in and AGAIN my reservation was incorrect. The contract started I was returning the truck to st Stephen , when I clearly said one way in town. We have used uhaul SO many times and never dealt with the inefficiency I felt with.Catheryne E.
Chose rental in Kingstree, and was given Andrews as a location. While in Andrews to pick up truck, staff rented my reserved truck to another customer. I was forced to loose 2 hours of my time to go to yet another location to pick up a truck. Very upset that this was allowed to happen. The St Stephens location was closer to my address, and had 5 trucks available. Total waste of my time and inconsiderate. I was actually in the Andrews location when the other customer came in. Still very upset that U-Haul allowed this to happen.ken E.

We had requested pick up in Kingstree and were disappointed to be sent 30 minutes away to pick up the truck. St. Stephen location was fine - we just were frustrated with U-Haul's reservation system that did not provide for pick up where we had reserved.ROBERT E.

I spent an hour waiting for the guy to do the reservation, I ended up going home and did it myself online. I was so frustated by the time i finally got the uhaul that i did not realize that the person changed the reservation i made on line. I chose a SC location and when I got to my destination I realized that the guy had me going to Loreto ON. It was quite a hassle from start to finish.Patricia C.
