Well we had a little trouble getting the lock to unlock and had time figuring out where the key to the truck housed. But it all fell into place. I will be filling up the storage today.

This proved to be a nightmare, taking us close to an hour to complete. What wasn't abundantly clear was how the process worked...having to go through geo locating, selfies, license pics, and such just to get the key to the truck and a gate access code that DID NOT WORK. The agent (Cindy) started out nothing short of gruff, not offering us the guidance to login at U-Haul to take all of these steps. The geo location aspect was faulty, at best. We were parked squarely in front of the gate at the proper address. "Find My" confirmed the location of my phone, and yet your app disputed the correctness of our location. We your tech support, noting your employees are delightful. Only because another vehicle approached and we had to move and then reposition ourselves that we ended up five feet to the left. Once we did, the app allowed us to proceed. After trying the gate code several times, we reconnected (by phone ) with Cindy (the Stack & Pack employee). She was far more pleasant and offered us an alternate key code. As for the truck, it was on "286 miles to empty" (i.e., a little more than half full). There was no one to confirm its condition, instilling fear that we could be blamed for someone else having damaged the truck and/or the less-than-full tank. We will NEVER go this route again.

I used the truck for not even 15 miles to love a couch in town to my new apartment and I’m being charged over 200 miles. I absolutely didn’t go 200 miles the truck was only on quarter of a tank when I picked it up. I’m very disappointed

Well first of all I was supposed to pick up truck and trailer in same spot no one called to notify me my 20 foot truck wouldn’t be available I had to travel to 2 different locations waisting time and gas in my opinion very unprofessional

The pickup was horrific trying to use the app for check-in. The system was not recognizing my location and I was parked directly in front of the gate. I had to drive up and down the street and it finally recognized my location but in front of 427 Insustrial Drive vs. 410 Industrial Drive. The system then kicked me out once driving back down to the location which required having to call in and having a representative assist. They also left out the requested 2 appliance dolly’s and the dozen blankets which made my move extremely difficult. I was not satisfied at all.
