This location is perfect for me. I use this storage location and to pull stuff our and put stuff in is very convenient. The service is always friendly and courteous!

DANIEL PThere’s a kid that works the front desk at the location627 on Belair Road across from the Goodwill in Belair Maryland. He lied to me and stroke two credit cards of mine. He stroke one. Car said he didn’t go through which he lied about. Then he stroke another card that went through he blatantly lied, took two cards Here we are since March 22 I haven’t received my $117 security deposit back yet he U-Haul and this kid who works this location completely put me in horrible position with my bills because of the $117 that he lied they got taken out of my account I called U-Haul U-Haul is done nothing but lie to me for three weeks telling me three days five days 30 days call my bank I called my bank they told me U-Haul took the money call U-Haul. They tell me call your bank back . It’s a ghost transaction. It’s a third-party transaction everything except giving me my money back. U-Haul is blatantly nothing but a nightmare of lies running their vehicle they hold your money. I’ve just got off the phone again today since March 22 and 10 phone calls in the both companies U-Haul tells me today it’s 30 more days you’ll have to wait for the money, blatantly, lying blatantly stealing your money, blatantly a joke U-Haul is going through some terrible things right now because they won’t give you back your money that you gave them for security posit U-Haul in Belair Maryland is a fraud 726 Belair Rd u Haul the one 800 U-Haul customer service is a bunch of liars they all stay on the phone and tell you a different story each time they’re paid to tell you a different story each time I’ve heard different five different stories on five different calls about my money and my refund the newest one today is it’s 30 days by the way, I’ve taped this whole conversation with my son because I wanted to hear the bleeding lie is coming from the customer service reps I have all the receipts to all the lies I want to do was rent a vehicle. They are slick they get you to go to the furthest place to get the vehicle so they can maximize everything they can put on your card. They’re scam artist I’m going to Better Business Bureau. I’m calling all local businesses. Tell about the location at 627 Belair Rd. is linked with U-Haul and U-Haul and nightmare. You lent you you send customers these reviews nobody wants to see anybody lose their job, but when you blatantly have your customer reps lying to the consumer telling them two days, three days goes transactions I don’t care about your job anymore. You don’t even belong in the job you’re a blatant liar U-Haul is blatantly hiring habitual liars or they’re following U-Haul protocol one of the other, I’m sure it’s both

Douglas VAfter reading some comments of other locations in the area, I was a little hesitant to rent from U-Haul. But I am glad because this location was great. They had the truck that I needed, and it was clean and looked like it was almost new. The man behund the counter was friendly and helpful. Moving is never a fun chore, but this experience made it a lot easier.

GLORIA SThe people/location at Bel Air were great. The truck cab was clean HOWEVER THE TRUCK SMELLED LIKE THE CHEAPEST MENS COLONE !it was awful all my things stink. My bed is still outside because it smells so bad. By the time I drive 1.5 hours I had the worst headache,. I vomited. It was awful. I’ve rented tons of u-hauls I’ve NEVER experienced anything like this. I need to rent another to finish my move and trust me, I will look for another company. I’ve been an incredibly loyal customer again rented many many trucks.this experience and extra work because of the smell airing out all my things. I still have hours of work today from the things I moved yesterday and the smell. Moving is so stressful as I am sure you’re aware but to have this added work and stress it’s almost immobilizing. I’m 68 years old and I’m exhausted, and have so much to do today because of u-haul!!!!
