Seemed perfect.
RALPH JThe lady that ran the place was lovely and very helpful. The location was in the middle of nowhere and hard to find. One of the ratchets on our car carrier would not tighten. I didn't discover this until my truck was loaded and we had loaded our car on it. It caused a lot of problems during our 6 hr. drive.

JULIO VFirst, the trailer blew out a tire which cost us an hour delay. Second, for an unknown reason she put down some town in Colorado, instead of Ohio, as the drop off location. This after she made some comment about moving to Ohio, and she had to change the information I had put into the system. I would never recommend, let alone use again, this location.
LONNIE AProcess was the smoothest yet, very enjoyable experience and excellent communication. While I rarely need a car hauler, I honestly look forward to interacting with the team there again.
JOHN DI was told I would receive 2 extra days due to some of the inconveniences to us to get this trailer, but realized when I returned the trailer that I did not get any extra days, so was charged for an extra day.

shi dWell we were supposed to drop off at another location but they were NOT open. So had to call uhaul and get directions to another place. Which was this one. Lady was pleasant, area was clean. Then after we dropped it off o got a phone call from traffic at uhaul asking us if we dropped the trailer off. Omg the service was horrible will never use uhaul again

Esther PThe store hrs are 9am. My appointment was for 9:30am pick up. Personal did not show up until 9:40am. Equipment was in satisfactory condition. Make it a point to be on time.
Kelly DBetter lighting for after dark pick-ups, it was hard to see if the photos were accurate. I did the online/mobile pick-up and that process was not delightful, but it's certainly not the fault of this location, but rather your process at corporate.
Alice BOnly if it meant getting the equipment. The person was nice. The trailer had 8 cigarette butts in it was was filthy

DENNIS c1. Very poor customer service and experience especially with the young man who had a bad attitude. 2. The truck was fitly inside. It had not been cleaned or sanitized. I had to ask one of the service representative for clothes to clean it. The person did a hasty wipe and I had to clean the rest myself. Dog hair and mud was all over the inside of the the truck. 3. Worsts U-Haul experience I have ever had!
Ron KThey had no one to assist with an unload. I had to go to a second location which had a terrible pull in location and no one would help me back up the trailer if was so jammed. One guy helped me unload my vehicle at that location then I had to drive the trailer to another location. RIDICULOUS!

Larry WOwner is very rude and not helpful at all. He just wants his money and send you on your way. Ashanti, his assistant was very sweet and if weren’t for her I would have walked out and gone to another place.
Lisa MI had reserved 30 moving blankets and an appliance dolly for my move. I was notified once I arrived for pick up that the location did not have appliance dolly and only 9 moving blankets. Additionally I purchased a lock for the truck at that location that did not even fit the truck. The staff were friendly and helpful but the lack of inventory that was reserved so far in advance is unacceptable.

ISIDRO DI was called at 10 am and told my original location did not have the trailer I reserved. When I arrived at 2:30 the clerk stated she was about to cancel my reservation because I was supposed to pick it up at 10am. I stated on my reservation that I would pick up the trailer that afternoon at a location that was open later. Had I stopped for lunch I would have arrived after 3:00 not knowing the location closed at 3 . You should tell people when you change their pickup location that they close early.
Thomas PThe equipment overall was great. The truck was in good condition and drove well however, I had reserved it at another location that was close to my storage and ended up having to drive to the other side of the city to get this truck. Most important however...I thought that there was a "no smoking" policy in your trucks...one big reason that I rent from you when I do. The truck cab was thick with cigarette smoke, it was in the air vents, fabric, etc., which caused both my wife and I to get headaches and respiratory issues on the two day drive back, and my wife is still suffering from that. I had already lost time getting to the truck and did not have time to wait for another one and had to take that one. Not a good experience because of the smoke issue especially with what is going on right now.
