So the locks were rusted and prevented us from easily opening the boxes to get the keys to the vehicle for a bit. Also your app absolutely sucks, there is multiple instances where I had to be taken back to step one or like restart the app. I wasn't able to easily return it to the person who was working there and service out at the location was somewhat spotty. I also had to download the app on that spotty network which made me have to wait for about like 10 minutes.

The U-Haul app was the problem. It was slow and the navigation through all the screens took too long. It needs to be simpler, faster and more intuitive. Remove all the add on options, if I want them I should get to choose them quickly, don’t put it in front of my face. It’s an annoyance and just makes me drop the app to walk in and do it manually with a live person which is not efficient but better than the long app experience.
ERIC AI have to say the man who helped me, I can't remember his name but he drives the beautiful black mustang! Was so friendly and helpful. He had a difficult customer before me and he stayed polite and professional. People usually like to make complaints about workers but I feel compliments are just as important. Thank you for a good experience!
