The staff at the location were unable to do something as simple as accept the return of the rental truck. (I was referred to a U-Haul app on my cellphone, which did not work properly.) In 2026, I have had several of these experiences with different companies. They are trying, of course, to rid themselves of the human payroll, but such implementations are not ready, not effectual, not properly performing. I will never use U-Haul again!
