Everything was great, I just have not received a receipt from U-Haul yet… when I finished dropping off the truck on my phone the website said I would receive an email with my receipt. I still have not received a receipt.

Very questionable but it’s the direction given to me by U-Haul as I could not wait until the store was open. It did not feel great driving away knowing the vehicle was unsecured.

Karime BNothing. The check-in process was easy. The app said to leave the key in a drop box, but there wasn't one. I was able to return the key and the four blankets (see above) in the store itself, so that was fine.

Colleen JEven though customer service was professional. The truck needs to be serviced. My driver door wouldn't close you had to slam it. I had no washer fluid, the wipers didn't work. I had to stop several times at gas stations to clean the window. The dash read tire low. I couldn't use a lock for the back to lock up my stuff. These little stores know the problems with these trucks and do nothing to service them.

Colby A3 Homeless druggie sleeping and doing drugs in the back of u haul. Truck less than half full the passenger side windshield wiper was broke. And the location people tried to make me pay with a bank card which I did then explained I needed to pay cash as well for the deposit. So I did. When I got to Edson and dropped the truck off I wasn't given my deposit back. And the nice gentleman said they shouldn't of taken 2 payments.

If I recommended it to friend, I'd give them detailed instructions. I suggest you do the same for clients with a plot plan of the store and parking to indicate where to park

Abhinika CThe inside of the cab was dirty and clothes and trash on the floor and the console. There was also a small empty liquor bottle on the floor. The passenger side mirror was loose and when we drove over a bump in the road it would shift out of alignment so there was no visibility on that side. It had to be frequently readjusted. If I didn't have a deadline, I would have tried to find a different truck. However, because the uhaul computer system was down for awhile it caused an over 3 1/2 hour delay there wasn't any time to find another one.
jesica vTrucks left outside are vandalized often and used as temporary sleeping and smoking quarters for locals. I recommend the UHaul company change its SOPs and adds a hard lock associated with each truck.
Owen FWebsite allows for early pickup through dropoff box, but an hour before pickup when you try to use the app it states it only works during store hours. The store didnt have good enough Internet causing a 30 minute delay. The truck had quite a bit of damage - missing right blind spot mirror.

Definitely will come back and tell all my friends and family about it, best experience with a uhaul yet, and I’ve rented a half dozen! They really cared about our experience and made sure we had everything we needed and knew how to bring it back how they wanted. The way it was doable through my phone to look at pictures and odometer and gas levels, very well done!

Natasha EThis location has no markings or signs associated with u-haul. This location is in a dumpy part of Edmonton with sketchy characters hanging around. There is no parking lot, the trucks are parked on the side street. I would have rather driven a few more kms to a better location. I’m glad I was not alone or I would not have gotten out of the truck. You need to do a check on this location and close it.

Karen HThe pickup location was unprepared and it took us about 20 minutes to get the truck as the self sign-in did not work. I had rented a dolley that was not there or available when I arrived. The windshield was covered in bugs and we were almost not able to see out of the windshield. It was also a very unsafe area and it is not safe for someone to arrive alone. There was no parking when I arrived for droppff and had to park further away on the street.
Janelle HNot impressed at the beginning was suppose to pick my truck up at AE Global Wholesale there was no building there and the gentleman I tried to call kept hanging up and then he finally gave me a number to call and I talked with Jason or jay (can’t remember his name) he even tried to do a three way call with other guy who hung up on us however he looked for another truck for me which was at the foodie mart close by and The two gentleman that I dealt with at the Foodie Mart very friendly very helpful. I had the truck back in 3 hours and I topped up the truck however I put more in than what waa needed. Which is fine works out for you and the next movers. Anyways bad experience at first but ended up working out in the end Thank you and hope you have an awesome day
