Make sure allocate dollys and furniture pads to this location. Not the fault of the location, but uhaul failed to allocate dollys and furniture pads to this location. Because of this, I was still charged for the items but never got refunded for those rentals. Other than that, the customer service experience was extremely excellent. The cashier even showed me to my truck and helped me get started on the checkin process, even though I've driven uhauls way to many times to count. If I was financially able to tip them, I would have.
