The customer service attendant was unsuccessful in correcting a U-HAUL error which in turn caused additional fees that weren't truly accrued. Therefore causing me to have to pay over triple what my rental shouldve costed.Robert P.

They tried giving me a trailer with a flat tire things on the truck were good except for passenger door wouldn't open from outside wipers needed replaced one of the 12 V power outlets didn't work They made me wait for hours for another trailer instead of just switching out tires with another trailer that was there and they said I was going to get a discount and I wound up paying a lot more than I thought. Ironically I called the guy the day before to make sure the units were checked out ... he said they weregeorge M.

My reservation was at 10, I stood in the cold rain for over an hour waiting on the website to give me the lock box key, I took the uhaul back with double the gas in it that I started with, and on time, and cleaned out. I was charged a $30 cleaning fee because he said he found a cigarette butt on the back bumper ( I don't smoke, that could have been anyone ) Then he couldn't tell me why there was extra $5 fee.Charles C.

My experience renting a truck this time was an absolute nightmareâ€¦ Truck was not where it was supposed to be the first day that I needed it when I went to the second location where the truck was they were closed I could not get my truck it cost me an extra day I had to take a day of work off that cost me money in the second day we come to get our truck at the location we are told and it wasn't there again it was at the other location again! Cost us more time cost me more money I am a very angry upset customer I will be ssaying a lot of negative things about U-Haul if this matter is not taken up by someone and I am made happy...worst experience I've ever had moving ...very angry at U-Haul!John W.

I had ordered furniture pads on line. when I arrived for pick-up the man says he doesn't have any. I asked where we could get some. He says well you can call other dealers If you want, The truck was parked on a sloped grassy area. I check around the truck and trailer and all looked well. After pulling away onto the main road the gas gauge went from 1/4 to 1/8. after the fact this was location that was not convinent for me inthe fist place. 15 miles from my home, when the others are within 5 miles.GREGORY A.

The original bill was up charged for items I did not order. The person in charge did not know how to remove them. He spent 20 minutes on the phone to uhaul support to figure out how to prepare a proper bill. The equipment was in poor condition. The person in charge said he didn;t have anything to so with that. "Uhaul drops this stuff off and they maintain it. We just rent it. The chains were too long, the trailer did not have a jack stand. The equipment was buried behind a truck he was working on on a jack. Overall it took me 1 1.2 hours to pick up the trailer. Due to this experience I will rate Uhaul very poorly when asked.Arley C.

Only reason I left it there was because it was close to where I was dropping off my stuff. Not the prettiest of places, but convienet location. Was in the middle of the night so I didn't meet any staff.KENNY R.
