I had to drive an extra 20 miles for this drop off when there was one 6 miles from my house - this put me 13 miles over the 100 and cost me extra. Also, charged a $52 “cleaning fee” for no reason - the truck was clean.

The transaction went well. The gentleman who helped me was very respectful and helpful. The actual person who processed the transaction was remote, but the entire rental was very pleasant and I will use this location again in the future.

When we got there the help unlocked the gate where the truck was to be parked and had us park it . Made us wait for another associate b4 we could leave
