Where do I start. You ask for my husband's Miltary info for a discount then NEVER give one. Gave me 1 amount and charge me a much highter amount. Miscommunication about milage. Waited 2 hours to receive the code just to receive the key out of the lock box. Our uhaul truck had a check engine light on which made have it terrible gas mileage. You harass family over a truck that has a check engine light on. You over charge me , mislead me with hidden mileage limits, you collect information that is none of your business if you're not going to give a discount. I will not recommend uhaul EVER! You're dishonest and your customer service is awful. The only good part was when we dropped off the truck is the owner of the store was wonderful. Which had nothing to do with uhaul. He is a independent uhaul drop off location. Just so you know I had to use this to move my mom's items to my home because her husband died. I take care of her because she has dementia. So, you basically took advantage of the elderly. $140 went to almost $200.. I will be doing a review on Google also.

Put gas in the vehicles so I don't run out of gas! That was crazy. Also change the oil.

keith MReminder maintenance lights were on the entire time. Truck cab was clean. The floor in the cargo area was stained. No one was there to return the vehicle, and though I did the photos for the return there was no reduction for the self serve process. I didn't sign up for that.
