I had a hard time with the online check-in and check-out process. Communication could have been better.

keith MReminder maintenance lights were on the entire time. Truck cab was clean. The floor in the cargo area was stained. No one was there to return the vehicle, and though I did the photos for the return there was no reduction for the self serve process. I didn't sign up for that.
