The guy at the rental spot wasn't so friendly. The van I had was dirty inside and out. Extremely dusty and it messed with my sinus the entire time driving it. It was okay considering I only needed it for 3 hours. Giving this is 5/10KELSIEMARIE R.

I have never rented a Uhaul before. I am so grateful I came to this location. The guy in charge knew what he was doing, the staff was friendly and polite. My experience at this location was a nightmare. I arrived to the location at 11 am (when I had the reservation) to pick up a 15' truck and the person in charge (Kevin) was not at location. After waiting 20 min and since Kevin had not arrived, I talked to another person who was there and had the keys for truck since I saw him moving the truck to another parking spot. I showed him the U-haul approval to get keys and my driver's license. He said that he couldn't give me the keys because he didn't know who I was, I showed him my license again and he still refused to give me the keys, I told him to talk to the U-haul representative who was on the phone talking to me and he refused to talk to her too. Five min later he decided to talk to U-haul representative and gave me the keys afterwards. I asked him also for the padding material and dolly that I had reserved and paid for. He gave me the padding material but no dolly, simply because they didn't have that in that location. I called U-haul again and they located another dolly for me. I had to drive 8 miles back and forth to pick up the dolly. At the end I was delayed more than an hour to start my moving. This location should not be part of U-haul, I have used U-haul services and have not had any issues.Fabio E.

Bad customer service over the phone. Some reason they do not like to help over the phone and when I was speaking to him he was kind of angry at me and I don't live on that location but he asked me to go back and show him what was the reason for calling. The pick up location was OK. The cleanliness of the truck was awful! The truck was dirty Inside was told it's dirty from the previous lender. And nothing could be done because that uhaul locations wasn't a big location; the Compartment inside the truck had garbage in it (DIRTY MASK) I guess from previous renters. In addition the fact that we are going thru a pandemic there's no reason why these vans aren't being sanitized for the next customer who has to take it. The location parking is horrible. I was not able to return the truck to the picked up parking location. It is not an ideal U-Haul location. I was waiting on the corner trying to find parking. The area is very congested and no where to park after you move the truck.Wendy W.

Truck had over 94,000 miles is unacceptable to drive a truck from New York to Las Vegas with that many miles it had dents all over it it had a cracked windshield the reverse light didn't work which is unsafe and I could've potentially gotten a ticket The truck wasn't clean as a matter of fact there was a cigarette ashes in the Ashtray. Not only was the reverse light out it also was minus the beeping sound a warning to back up again unsafe we had no choice but to take the truck because we were leaving the next day.Lisa P.

The location was not open during its own business hours. The 24/7 share app was a disaster and my pick up location was changed the night before I was supposed to pick up to a location that is over an HOUR away. After driving an hour to the new location. I waited 2 HOURS because I could not check the truck out electronically and there was no one at the pick up location. Wasted hundreds of dollars in unnecessary tolls, gas and TIME WASTED due to UHAUL mismanagement. Very disappointed! I have utilized UHAUL before and have never made a complaint or asked for anything, but this time I deserve some compensation for this horrible service.Edmond R.

I reserved the truck form 4 to 10 pm. But upon arriving the trucks provider informed us his shop is closing by 7 pm. This did not give us enough time to full fill the move. U haul should not provide miss information in their website.Hasan C.

This location was not the one I had booked for my 26' truck pick up. About an hour before pick up I was notified by email that this would be the pickup location and it would be a 20' truck. I was not charged the $160, which was the price posted when I booked the 26' (October 19, 2019). Instead I was charged $192 plus tax. I called to make a complaint and was put on hold, the person never came back to the phone. This is certainly not how business is done. Would appreciate if someone would call me. Thank you.Karla M.

This location was dirty and messy. My truck wasn't ready even after doing the checkout on the website. The truck was dirty, in the cabin and in the back. Gas was a quarter tank, but it was enough for my trip, the issue was that a mile in, the low fuel sign showed and it had me a bit worried. I would never rent there again. I have rented for years from U-Haul and had never had a bad experience.Marx P.

Kevin was very helpful. I actually had a reservation at RD Parking down the road and it was canceled without my knowledge. When I informed them that I had a reservation they shrugged and told me they had nothing to give me. I was almost out of luck on moving day because they had no other truck to provide me. One of the worst customer service experiences ever ! Do not rent from RD parking ! On the other hand Kevin at Star Transmission was extremely helpful and provided me what I needed and saved the day!Jonathan O.

I would not recommend UHaul for the ridiculous overcharges and the lack of parking on sites to prevent confusion and traffic violations. I thought i had parked legally but now I'm being charged for a supposed ticket. I'd rather rent a car. This was a ridiculous decision to try U-HaulSammuel F.

I believe that when you make your reservation over the phone, that the person tell you all that will be charged on your bill. Second, I called the number to extend my time in returning the van and asked the gentleman on the line what would the charge be for bringing the van late, he told me it would be $15.00. The gentleman was kind enough to have the fee waived. But when i received the invoice, not only was the fee NOT waived, i was charged for a full day of $39.99 PLUS COLLISION, WHICH I DID NOT REQUEST OR WANT!!! The person who took my reservation did not offer me nor ask me if i wanted collision. I WAS JUST AUTOMATICALLY BILLED ME! THEN WHEN I CALLED TO PUT IN A CLAIM ONLY $15.00 WAS REFUNDED!!! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE BUSINESS PRACTICE!!! I should have been charged a total of $30.00 for a less than 4 mile trip!!! At this point i'm outraged about the service!!!!!!JOSEFINA F.
