I ordered a big size of truck with ramp but recieved small size and there was no ramp.I paid for dolly but there was no dolly.Fuel was empty but i got 69$ fuel charge.I am not agree what i paid for.

The online registration process was a waste of time. I expected to arrive at the location with immediate access to the key. No key was available, the clerk was unheloful and found out that I had to start the process of registration all over. My start time was delayed for 45 minutes because of this. Also, I ordered some blankets in advance, which were not provided to me.

Location services do not work on the website on your phone even with all settings turned to allow. Need to have the app to make it work - this needs to be clearly stated. Wasted over half an hour trying to make it work on the website, calling customer service and downloading an app. Extremely frustrating and no person there to help if you have issues. 10/10 would rather deal with a person at a counter than do the work for Uhaul to verify my ID, credit card, and location. Overall adds additional stress to an already stressful day. Bring back people that can help when tech inevitably fails.

Make it clearer that the parking lot where the truck is parked is accessible from Broadview just south of Queen, not Queen st.

The self-checkin was not a pleasant experience. The app would not find my location and was a hard stop to even pick up the truck. If the website didn't work it would have been a real issue. I also did a pre-checkin and provided all the information asked, only to refill it all in again while in the parking lot. Everytime I left the app or browser, I had to get a one-time code to log back in. Wouldn't let me use a password for whatever reason. Also the part where you sit and wait for a human? to review the information submitted for an unspecified amount of time was really nerve-wracking. Not a pleasant experience at all.

The owner of the property that you rent from in order to dispatch your vehicles from this location is most unfriendly, uncoperative and downright rude. A simple question was met with hostility. I would suggest that you might look for another location in that area owned my someone who would enjoy being a brand ambassador for U-Haul.

The location is good. The app is horrible. The app crashed on me while it was revealing the unlock code. And there was no way to get it again. It doesn't email you the code, or text it to you. Just reveals in then closes and then that's it. Also, Needing someone to vouch for you is ridiculous and adds no security for U-Haul if you think about it. People have lives and jobs and can't always be available to answer the phone from U-haul who will try to call them to ask them if they know who you are. Wasted an enormous amount of time with this self-checkout system

Bad app and bad website, neither of them worked and took 1 hour to sort out. Couldn't get it until I had someone over the phone grant me access. You need a physical human employee to handle the rental, not a digital service that doesn't work. Also the customer shouldn't have to do the companies job of taking photos of the truck and gas at the end of it

Please do contact an hour early if you were to change the pick up location and make sure the key is in the truck that’s assigned to!

Instructions to pick up keys were inaccurate. There was NO lockbox in the truck. Spent more than 30 min under the rain, trying to figure out the issue and then over the phone until I got assistance. Truly egregious experience. However, help over the phone was fantastic, and truck was clean, and exactly what I had requested. If the pick up and return of the truck are improved, this is a great location, that is easy to get to and close to most destinations within the city.

Gas was not at full when I picked it up which meant I had to try and guess how much gas to put in the truck to get it back to the level it was at when I picked it up. Also, the guy at the convenience store I picked the truck up from had no idea what the process was and kept telling me it wasn’t his problem even though their business hosts the trucks. The process was very poorly organized and I eventually just called the UHaul company which eventually solved the problem but caused for far more trouble than it had to be.
